Quickly research the election of 2000 on the internet as well as Al Gore’s platform for the election and actions since. Answer one of the following questions. Your answer must include a quote from the article “The Election of an American President” and a quote from one of the credible website you visited.

1.) What do you think about a president winning the popular vote but losing the election because of the Electoral College?
2.) What might have changed in America had Al Gore won the election? (You must support your opinion by providing evidence from Al Gore’s platform or actions!)
